He does all the hard work. Plus I am paying way less than I was before. Bruce is very personable and knowledgeable. You will think you have been friends for years. And his new office in Murphysboro is very nice. If you are looking for insurance, stop in and talk with Bruce and his team.

5 /5 T: Solved my problem with a single phone call. My problem being my previous insurance agent wouldnt return calls. Bruce took the time and made my problem his problem and wrote me a new policy and got me squared away. EXCELLENT customer service and an agent that WANTS to work for your business, not just maintain you as an account! Planning to switch over my remaining policies to him as well!
