If you have a claim no human will answer you have to sit by your phone for 2 days and not miss their call, if they even call for me, its no response to calls or emails. It is 45 days and I still have not gotten any kind of response. Pay the extra 10$ and go to a better agency it is well worth it

1 /5 Quincy Randle: Good if you want cheap insurance but it’s a hassle if you need them to pay. No auto body companies in Springfield even take their claims because they are trash. Canceling my policy immediately and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE UNLESS YOUR JUST LOOKING FOR LIABILITY. Their full coverage is a joke. Waste of money and time. Company is so far below average. TOTALLY DISCUSSED WITH THEIR BUSINESS. The 1 star is only because their prices are ok and it wouldn’t let me give 0 stars
