Amy Callahan Dan went above and beyond in helping my company resolve an issue (that Stolarick and Company hadnt created) with an insurance policy written 15 years prior. His efforts on our behalf in both contacting the insurance company (multiple times) as well as assisting us with our complaint to the Illinois Department of Insurance were extraordinary and he helped us get a fair and appropriate resolution. If you want an insurance agent that will go to bat for you or your company, I highly recommend.

kittygrace2 I spent an afternoon working on getting quotes for new auto insurance, what a pain. I sure wish I would have made Oslund & Associates - American Family Insurance my first call as it would have saved me a lot of time. Eric Oslund was polite and didnt seem the least bit frustrated at my novice questions about the policy and terms I didnt understand. He emailed the quote to me so I could compare the rates using the Excel spreadsheet I had set up because thats just how I have to do things when it comes to numbers. I researched the company and between the great reviews, the excellent prices and Erics helpful attitude I decided this was by far, the best option for me. Highly recommended.

Samantha went above and beyond, answering all questions promptly and helped with a great rate for two vehicles, one of which is a 2025, to the point where I am paying almost the same rate as I did for one 2010 vehicle with another agent in town. The process was seamless and to the point, I have better coverage at a great price for two vehicles. Would recommend 11/10.

Victoria Gill I just want to give a shout out to Amy at Elwell & Associates Insurance in Murphysboro. Everyone there is wonderful but especially her. She has been dealing with me for many years, and I know I bother the crap out of her. Especially after these last few weeks. She always gets back to me so fast, and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones 5 times. & she’s always looking out to help us find the best rates. Just a little appreciation to her and everyone at the office!

Valerie Reeve We have worked with Michael and his staff for many years. He was referred to us by the firm that established my parents Trust. Michael is responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. He always had my parents best interests in mind and always explained things on our level so it was easy to understand (yes, understanding insurance!). He not only helped with their initial set up of insurance but as their needs changed he adjusted their plans accordingly. He is now helping us again with my husband moving to Medicare this year. As usual, he is amazing with his knowledge, patience and understanding our needs. He gets to know you as a person and what your expectations, desires and needs are.
