When I became eligible for Medicare he took care of most everything for me as I am technically challenged. He is always very polite and friendly and never hesitates to reach out to me to see how I am doing! These days service like this is often nonexistent. I have referred him many times and will continue to use him for all my insurance needs.

Monica Hampton The agent assigned to my claim was awful! (A woman hit my parked car... her insurance not mine). She would not respond to text, email or phone messages. I had to call the main line twice and request to speak to whoever would answer their phone. Fortunately, they were helpful but this had been drawn out for two extra weeks due to her incompetence. I hope I dont have to deal with this company again!
