2 /5 Casey Carlsen: Great coverage price. Tammy at the lincoln offc is so rude, while i was attempting to pay a fee... no answer verbally so i looked down at my phone, she hung up on me!?? She says to call my agent who is on vacay. I had a similar experience with her last week, the same rude attitude. I thought she was just having a bad day? Guess not?! This is my first neg review in 10 years... In 2022 i would think our customer service reps could be friendly to paying customers. No worries Tammy, i will gladly contact my agent from now on as you have upset me twice in two weeks with un called for attitude!
