Ralph Dee Jo Excited to leave a review for State Farm with Stacy Jackson in Waterloo. I have been insured at this facility well over 10 years. Stacy and Lisa are truly incredible to work with. I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago. No matter why I reach out to Stacy and Lisa, they are on top of it immediately and I know my issues are resolved before I even finish the phone conversation. Car insurance needs are a game changer when you need the coverage. I have true peace of mind knowing they put me first as an insured client for all my vehicle and home needs. They were not able to quote me a lower price but I was impressed with Ericka, she got me a quote, played with the numbers and helped me look at different polices to see if I can work with them.
