Shelter Insurance - Benton (IL)

Sherry Savka I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. Ill be a little more aggressive and hopefully theyll return my call. If that doesnt work, Ill physically drive to their office and maybe Ill receive the answers I need. Not happy. Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.

Maria Theron Pam and her team are fantastic! I worked with Michael, and he helped walk me through the process of signing up for health insurance when we lost coverage due to a job change. I had lots of questions, but he was patient and very knowledgable, and got my family signed up for coverage just before the end of the month. To top it all off, the service I received was free! I can’t recommend them enough, and I will be making my appointment to have some help when open enrollment comes around.
