Alex Diaz Bago Jewelry went above and beyond to help me with my problem! My wife had realized a small diamond had fallen off her ring and was devastated. Luckily she found it right away and we were panicking trying to find somewhere to repair it as we are not from here. We are so lucky to have heard about Bago Jewelry. The turn around was also super quick! He did the repair in about hour! Talking to Greg and his son Alex was also very nice! They made me feel reassured and said it would be a very simple fix. Goodwin Racing Me and my other half came into the store a couple weeks ago with a ring that needed resized unfortunately was out of warranty but that didn’t stop Tammy from helping us out. She sent it off I didn’t owe anything in store day she sent it off and got it back earlier than expected. Got ring back and warranty back on it! Alyssa was very knowledgeable, and just so friendly and comfortable to work with. All of the team members I encountered were so nice. My jewelry came out perfectly in the time promised.
