Using my late mom, sister and grandmas pieces, they listened and cared and created a necklace that was stunning. I was so intimidated to ask a jeweler and I had no reason to be scared. Brandon Ballard Wonderful little jewelry sales and repair. They have techs on site. Its not a large store, but it has a great collection of jewelry. And the staff are very very pleasant. It is like walking in to see family in the jewelry business. I had them fix my wifes ring and they were able to fit it in and get it done before Valentines day. And the repair is phenomenal. Ill definitely be back here first when in the market for anything new or for repairs. Highly highly recommend

Jake Hundley My wifes engagement ring was damaged and wouldnt fit around her finger. It needed to be reformed but she had a speaking engagement in Arizona 4 days later. Knowing typical turnaround times on ring repairs, it was a longshot. But I went to Bay Area Diamond and they were not only able to repair it the same day (within 2 hours), but also repair a crack in the band, tighten (112) diamonds on the band, AND clean the entire ring! Theyll definitely be my go-to for any ring repair or cleaning moving forward.
