After finding out that information 3 weeks into the process, I had to start all over and find a jeweler that could make a miracle happen: have a ring sized and set with diamonds within just a month now. What a nightmare! The first time I shopped around for rings was about a month before Chicago Lab Grown Diamonds had opened. Im so glad they were an option for me this time! Chris and Jay Jurica happily greeted me when I walked into their store. When I explained my situation to them, I was pleasantly surprised by their reaction. Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.

Jon Marco This place is amazing! Found our family china that we had long lost when it was all split up when our parents died. Jyll is the daughter and she is so knowledgeable about china. This is just one location...they have 7 other warehouses all searchable. Bring a photo of the front and back of a china piece and add to your collection! Also visit the outdoor art made with broken china Hoffmans donated ...the chairs are amazing!
