Any sizing or cleaning or repairs are all done by Cody in house . Cody is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job ! Hannah , Cody ‘s wife and Joanie sales associate are great assets to this home town store. Carmi is very lucky to have H. D. Beans Jewelry. They are all so willing to make your experience great. Also the custom design is a great asset that you can’t just find everywhere. Cody does a great job! You will not be disappointed!

Nick Kester My fiancé and I worked with Marissa and she was amazing throughout the whole experience. Marissa helped my fiancé customize her ring and also helped me create my own by using reference photos online and walking us through it with CAD photos. There are constantly new items in the store, and everything is priced reasonably. Often vendors are willing to give discounts for multiple purchases. Its a fun place to shop and I visit regularly from out of state.

Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.
