Rogers & Hollands Jewelers - Springfield
Stephanie Lotz Maddison and Chad were amazing. Maddison took the time to call another store to find the necklace a charm on it that I wanted and got the price for me. When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. From now on this is the only jewelry store I am going to and dealing with. 100% recommend this store. Springfield location but all are great though. Even then Peoria one; the original one I went to.

Brittney was very helpful in helping me pick out the diamond and design the ring, even though I was across the country. We are even still getting ring compliments from strangers a year later! Kelli Storm I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.

Jake Hundley My wifes engagement ring was damaged and wouldnt fit around her finger. It needed to be reformed but she had a speaking engagement in Arizona 4 days later. Knowing typical turnaround times on ring repairs, it was a longshot. But I went to Bay Area Diamond and they were not only able to repair it the same day (within 2 hours), but also repair a crack in the band, tighten (112) diamonds on the band, AND clean the entire ring! Theyll definitely be my go-to for any ring repair or cleaning moving forward.
