The wedding rings were done during COVID, so that added a lot of stress as they were done just days before the wedding. That wasnt their fault though, and the work done here is top notch! Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!
