Patrick Talley This shop was great. It was clean with a friendly environment. I had to bring my son with and my child was treated with the same high level of respect as I recieved. Theres a little bit of everything in here. Prices were fair. Some stuff was cheaper some stuff more expensive like graded coins for instance. I dont buy graded personally as Im primarily a stacker. I will be a life long customer now. I highly recommend giving this store a shot.

Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Amanda Ford 10 + years ago my husband brought me a loose tanzanite stone from overseas. For the first time I actually received the BEST help & advice to design a custom ring. Kelli at the Waterloo location was phenomenal & patient, & she listened offering suggestions & guidance in protecting and preserving the stone. Diann Gorski What a great little reasonably priced gift store! I stopped in for my first time last week. What a fun little shop with so much variety of gifts and other items for your home. Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area!

When we walk in our go to sales lady, Mindy always asks if my jewelry needs clean and then she always knows what we are looking for, she knows my style. Daniella Espino Walked in on a whim at 5pm to buy myself a birthday present and luckily they are open late. I went in looking for something specific but my associate, Julia, helped me find something that I didn’t even know existed. I ended up going over budget for what I wanted because I loved the piece so much and Julia made the process so great. Mel in the repair shop adjusted my necklace in 20 minutes and I was able to wear it out. Great prices, great pieces - will definitely go back!

Bj reames On a day trip with our family to Galena, my fiance asked me what I was going to be shopping for once there. I said, "nothing in particular, but I would know it when I saw it ". Bella Vintaj was literally the first store we popped into. I was immediately taken with the BEAUTIFUL handcrafted jewellery pieces. Ive been looking for the right diffuser bracelet/ earrings/ necklace for awhile and I found it here! I was somewhat concerned about how the metals may react with my skin and not being local. The store clerk (also jewelry maker, as its a family business) reassured me a money back guarantee. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Im one that likes to shop around BEFORE I buy, but I had no problem splurging on myself at this beautiful quaint little store. Ill be back many times Im sure.

THE PREACHER These guys were AWESOME!!!! The ladies were SOOO helpful, and patient... and ALL I was trying to do was have my watch cleaned... They even cleaned my wifes ring while we waited, and for NOTHING... I came in with my Bulova, and it was GROSS.... Years of abuse and just nasty in the cracks and its WAY to pretty to be THAT dirty... This watch is my baby.. And they made it look almost NEW!!!! And for ONLY $20 !!!! I was expecting MUCH higher... and they did an AWESOME job!!! Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending to others with any chance I can.... Thanks Lueckes!!!!!
