5 /5 Emma Wohler: This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

1 /5 Meredith C.: I called in to ask if they would accept or purchase a used men’s Invicta watch collection that was in very good condition, barely worn. All the watches had been originally purchased well over $100. The lady over the phone was extremely condescending, masking her rudeness with a bubbly voice. She said that they only accept “high end” watches and “our customers don’t want those.” I would never walk into this establishment knowing how poorly they communicate down to their patrons.

He gave me a fair, transparent price and treated me with absolute professionalism. What really stood out, though, was the integrity of Bill and his team. After I left the store, one of his staff caught a mistake in my math that had shorted me $200. Bill personally called me right away, explained the error, and offered to stay late or mail the difference—whichever was easiest for me. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. I’ve been to plenty of jewelers over the years, but none like Bill. I’m a lifelong fan—he’s simply the best. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind, look no further.

Bill and staff were most helpful throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone. It started with a conversation with Bill around the type of custom ring my girlfriend was looking for and a few short weeks later I had the ring in hand and it could not have turned out better. The pricing was very fair, the ring is beautiful, and all three employees I interacted with during the process were very kind and attentive.
