5 /5 Krista Scoles: My Daughter and I just had the best experience with Angie. It’s my daughter’s 12th birthday and she was set on looking for a tennis bracelet with her birthday money. After leaving Kay jewelers my daughter was so sad and defeated not finding anything in her price range. Angie was clear and direct, exactly what we needed. After a friendly greeting she asked what we were looking for, diamonds? White gold or silver? And showed us our options. My daughter was clearly in love with one item in particular. It was $180 nearly $50 over her budget before tax. After all the cash and credit I’ve irresponsibly spent celebrating my little girl for a special day that only comes once, I could not reasonably spend an extra $50. My Daughter sadly asked if she had anything for $135. Angie could tell this little girl was spending her own money and offered a special discount to help with the price, which brought it down to $149 out the door. ( I did appreciate the post tax quote). I could definitely help out with $15. Angie literally saved the day. All my time, energy, planning, and spending would of been for not had my daughter left the mall on her birthday feeling sad and defeated. It’s not just a bracelet, it’s an experience, and dreams becoming reality. Thank you for helping my child having an amazing day to remember.
