Travis Williams I stopped in on a random Wednesday afternoon to get my bracelet re-sized. They knocked it out in 10 minutes and didn’t charge for it. Awesome customer service. I will use these guys in the future.

She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The owner also took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without rushing. Colin Sikic Came here with my dad to get a necklace for my mom for Christmas. Let me tell you. BEAR THE POMERANIAN IS AWESOME. It’s like being greeted by a small lion. He is well behaved and a good fluffy boi. The jeweler was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. It’s quality stuff. 10/10 recommend.

Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. Lorna Lynch I lost my father 3 months ago. My mom has been gone for 5 years. They didn’t have much to leave my brothers and myself, which none of us expected. My brother found my Dad’s will and in it he left me his wedding ring. It was gold and silver with a channel of 7 little diamonds. I didn’t want to just put it in a box and forget about it. So, this wonderful, sweet, professional jeweler , Dan, looked at the ring, asked what kind of setting I would like. I wasn’t sure but he came up with 3 settings to look at and the first one he put together was exactly what I was thinking about. He explained everything to me and after looking at my Dad’s ring, he called and spoke with me about price, which was extremely reasonable for a custom made ring, In order to keep price even lower, he said if I wanted to only use the silver, since I wanted the setting in silver, and he wasn’t sure that both the gold and silver could be used, I agreed to just have the silver and I would give the gold to them and the price would be less. When I went to pickup up the finished ring, he told me he had a surprise for me .After investigating things, he and his associate figured a way to use the gold and the silver from my Dad’s ring. In other words this totally different ring, was all created from everything in my Dad’s ring. It was very touching to me that the ring was different, but all of my Dad’s. I know he would be so pleased at the way it turned out. It won’t be in a box but I will wear it every day. Alyssa One of the BEST jewelers around! John, the owner, is self employed and the one and only person I trust with my fine jewelry. He’s been in business for many many years and I will never take my jewelry or watches to anyone else. He is only there a few days a week, so sometimes it can take awhile to get things back because he is the only one working there. But I promise it is worth the wait. He does have some inventory in the store but not a whole lot, so don’t expect to be totally wowed by that when you walk in (he does mostly watch work and jewelry repairs). But some of the inventory he does have is very nice and reasonably priced! On top of that, he’s just an all around great guy! So give him a try and support a small business owner, you won’t regret it!

Christina Huebner Stopped in to look at engagement rings and the owner was able to assist us right away. We were so impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail! I decided to do a custom ring and she was able to switch out stones on a band so I knew exactly how it would look on my finger. The personal touch of an independent store with a jeweler in house was amazing, but on top of that the price was much more affordable than a big box store. We will be getting any jewelry/repairs from LaBelle in the future!
