Cameron Reynolds My and my fiancée came in to get our wedding bands for each other and to resize my fiancées engagement ring. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated. Our contact, Alesha aided us in our decisions, lowering prices, and checking in with us throughout the process; She was wonderful. For my wedding band, I brought in another ring to be melted down and repoured into another design. The designer did a fantastic job and K Hollis went to great lengths to lower the price estimate and to get the final product that I desired. Lastly, they did fantastic with the resizing and were even able to keep a very detailed engraving despite it being where they would normally cut the ring. Overall, we had a great experience and couldnt recommend them more.

I never put much more thought into it as I knew it would not happened for a while. Fast forward about 4 years, the moment happened. He had the ring custom made from what I told him years back and Pedro made my dream ring come to life and then some!!! Its more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Olivia Green I wish I could give Ethan Lord, specifically Erika, more than 5 stars! She made the entire process seamless. From my husband originally going in to pick out my engagement ring, all the way through creating our wedding bands together, she was incredible. Erika is truly the kindest human and immediately made us feel so comfortable, especially since neither of us knew much about rings. She’s funny, warm, and one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and care. The service at Ethan Lord is beyond amazing, if you dont know where to start with your engagement ring and/or wedding bands - look no further!

Deanna K Shopping in Galena & we were so excited to see a Gelato place!! I really wish I had known earlier I also would’ve gotten coffee in the morning here! I had the little cup of lemon gelato & it was so good!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. We went back later to try another flavor but unfortunately the store closed at 5:00pm. That was a disappointment as it makes the perfect dessert after a dinner in town. (Hint hint…you stay open longer people will come!)

Sue has helped me out the most and is a amazing store manager. it’s amazing that they give a discount to veteran and military it’s nice to find a store that supports its vet.

Nina Friedman I worked with Priscilla at Steve Quick and I had an amazing experience. In my original engagement ring, made my a different company, the 3 prongs for my pear-shaped diamond kept moving and my stone kept count loose (which happened 3 times over 1.5 years). I brought my ring to Steve Quick and they remade it - it’s perfect! Priscilla kept the dainty look which I liked so much in my original ring, while making it much sturdier. My diamond isn’t going anywhere now! I will be back.
