She completed 2 cartilage piercings & did my second holes on my lobes. She explained to me how to clean my piercings also. She was very professional & helpful during my experience.

After finding out that information 3 weeks into the process, I had to start all over and find a jeweler that could make a miracle happen: have a ring sized and set with diamonds within just a month now.
