From my husband originally going in to pick out my engagement ring, all the way through creating our wedding bands together, she was incredible. Erika is truly the kindest human and immediately made us feel so comfortable, especially since neither of us knew much about rings. She’s funny, warm, and one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and care. The service at Ethan Lord is beyond amazing, if you dont know where to start with your engagement ring and/or wedding bands - look no further!

Making a custom adjustment on such a sentimental piece of jewelry was a pretty high-stakes job -- but I felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process. She gave me great advice on my options, followed up with notes after every meeting, and overall reassured me that the final results were going to be perfect. Joyfully, they were. My fiance said yes, the ring looks perfect, and Im looking forward to working with Erika again on our wedding bands. 11/10 would recommend

She also curated a beautiful and unique pair of gold and diamond hoop earrings that perfectly matched my vision. I shared my ideas, and she brought them to life with a vision board and her impeccable taste. Erika is warm, engaging, and incredibly attentive. The quality at Ethan Lord is exceptional — everything is beautiful, high quality, and luxurious. Their customer service is also amazing, with complimentary buffing, polishing, and resizing. I recommend to all of my family and friends (and the strangers who compliment me on the street!).Highly recommend!!!
