1 /5 Louis Regas: Do not buy or have any watch repairs done by these two crooks! I bought a gold high end watch from Andy and Paul before Christmas. Brought it back a few days after Christmas for the band to be shortened/sized. They broke the mechanism and would not stand behind paying for it to be fixed. Wouldn’t turn it into there insurance (don’t even know if they carry insurance). Never said they were sorry and strung me on for six weeks saying they would take care of it waiting on parts. Do not do any business with people. Now on I will only shop with the other local jewelers. Lesson learned!!

5 /5 David Gerdez: After going to another jewelry store my wife said let’s check this place out. Well what a great place half price of other name band places and we took in the old broken chains we had and they took the weight price off the new one no argument just did it was amazing. So a few days later took a bunch of odd rings we thought were costume jewelry and most of them were. Kept the real ones but then they said something that was a fantastic idea drop them off at a retirement home and they use them for bingo prizes! We did they loved them and we felt good also! So when you read bad reviews read the good ones also! Thank you Loyal customer

Theyve restored and repaired jewelry I already owned or had gotten from somewhere else, and they even helped me create custom earrings for my sisters wedding with literally 24 hours to do it. They have always gone above and beyond; the staff is kind and respectful, and really listens to what you are asking for. Its not a yes or no place like some of the bigger chain stores. Not only have they always been able to accommodate my requests, but theyve usually been able to offer more than one solution and in different price brackets so that I could get exactly what I needed at the price I could afford. I have yet to find better pricing, turnaround times, or customer service anywhere else.
