I’ve purchased many different items from Billy, plenty of diamonds, as this is my daughter’s birthstone (rings, earrings), but my favorite story is this… I’d been on the hunt for a “black opal” for 6 years. I walked into The Diamondaire and asked point blank if they had one. I had asked this question of many area jewelers for years. Billy had just returned from a show and happened to have ONE, that was loose. I asked that we get it put into a setting, and that I didn’t care what the cost was. I’d been searching for years, and this stone was sentimental to me. Billy and his staff helped me pick a setting and a few days later I was able to bring home the most beautiful, important ring of my life. I later went back and picked out a band that I thought looked beautiful with my ring; diamonds of course. I’ve been in and out of that store so many times in the last year. To make purchases, sales, get cleanings, resizing or to just chat with friends and love on Adrian. They’re always ready with a friendly smile, hug/handshake and a glass of whatever you’re drinking that day. This is my jeweler. I’ll keep going back to look at the pretty jewelry, chat with kind, wholesome people and pet the cutest pittie you’ve ever seen.

Elias Medina Nolan was an amazing help! I’d never shopped for jewelery before and he guided me through the process very politely and attentively even though I wasn’t looking to spend a million bucks. Awesome experience and I hope kohls is doing their best to show appreciation for their exceptional staff!

Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

I have bought a jewelry and watches for my husband, mom and myself included, and they are all great and beautiful quality. Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!
