Lisa Andrews It is always such a pleasure to visit this lovely and quaint jewelry store whenever I fly in from Los Angeles. Their customer service is impeccable. For example I had a ring that needed sizing and the owner rushed out to inquire what I needed but it was unfortunate she could not size it as she indicated that she was a month out in repairs. That’s indeed saying something as clearly she is in demand. Despite this she offered a temporary solution and placed a ring guard to keep it in place. I also appreciated the intentional conversation we had with the sales rep who was delightful as well. I ended up buying a beautiful set of silver bracelets that are fun “arm candy” There are a few other pieces I have my eye on and hope to pop back by before I return to LA. Straiths is a great option for high quality jewelry at a magnificent price point. Dr. L

morris girtz Kevin and Sheri are the most gracious and honest business owners. My son bought an engagement ring from them and they did an excellent job. They listened to what he wanted to spend and the size and shape. I would send anyone I know there. They are a hidden gem.

Alyssa One of the BEST jewelers around! John, the owner, is self employed and the one and only person I trust with my fine jewelry. He’s been in business for many many years and I will never take my jewelry or watches to anyone else. He is only there a few days a week, so sometimes it can take awhile to get things back because he is the only one working there. But I promise it is worth the wait. He does have some inventory in the store but not a whole lot, so don’t expect to be totally wowed by that when you walk in (he does mostly watch work and jewelry repairs). But some of the inventory he does have is very nice and reasonably priced! On top of that, he’s just an all around great guy! So give him a try and support a small business owner, you won’t regret it!

Worked with Margaret to find the stone, setting, and chain for my dream necklace. The whole team was very friendly and worked to get it made before my birthday. Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!
