George Geis I have been a customer of James & Williams for some years now and would never consider buying from another jeweler. Certainly their customer service is extraordinary; but, what is even more important, they have earned my absolute trust. I have no doubt that their primary concern in any transaction is my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them without the slightest reservation.

HolophonicStudios Awesome place. Its mostly a pawn shop with extremely reasonable prices, plenty of interesting items, and a knowledgeable owner. What set this place apart for me was the amount of car audio equipment available. Subwoofers and amplifiers of all types and sizes are sold here. I bought an entire subwoofer setup including all of the required wiring, an 800 watt amp, and a single 12 in box for $120. The owner even tested all of the equipment for me at the desk to prove that it all works. The next day, I decided that the sub I bought before wasnt hitting as hard as I wanted it to, so I took it back and got two subs in box with much higher wattage ratings for only $40 more, no hassle. The owner even gave me tips on how to install them for the best possible sound. Now the bass can shake my windows and mirrors if I want it to for a total cost of $160.

Corry Engelbrecht I love this place so much! The employees are always incredibly nice, and the whole vibe of the store is wonderful. The stores name is perfect, too. There are so many interesting and incredibly unique items that I promise you wont find anywhere else in the Illinois Valley. In fact, many things, you wont find anywhere else, period! You will especially love this place if you like spooky things. Its probably a good thing its not located on a street I often drive, because if I was frequently reminded of its existence, Id likely spend all of my money there!

Kim Bullock Melissa and her jewelry are absolutely AMAZING!!! I bought a gold necklace with an initial pendant for my niece who lives out of state. Not only did she provide me several options with pictures, she also wrapped, packaged & included a personalized card. Both the necklace and packaging were stunning and she was able to expedite the process so the gift would arrive in time for the birthday. I will definitely be reaching out for my next jewelry purchase!

Musab Adam Moe and his mother were very sweet and showed me and my wife multiple items we were looking for then came Hamza from the back that adjusted the bracket I got for my wife and the bracket I got for myself. They got us a gift to take home. The hospitality was 1000/10 the Palestinian way. Please shop here for anything you need from watches, rings, bracelets for men and women. Fellas get something for the ladies in your life.
