5 /5 Lauren Russo: 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

1 /5 Mike Radosevich: Was told there was a 0 apt only to find out that the staff had did whatever it took to make the sale. An extra $1500 was lost. Staff was friendly, corporate didnt take ownership or honor what staff had sale committed to. Lose big with Zales. Family has shopped there for decades. No more.
