2 /5 Amanda Jerden: I needed three tiny diamonds replaced on my engagement ring. I took it in for a repair on a Thursday and was told I would have it back by the following Friday and that the repair was expected to be less than $500. The following Friday I get a phone call stating no repairs have been done yet and that the total would be $970 because some other settings were loose and it "needed a lot of work." I did not accept that repair and still had to wait yet another week to pick my ring up as he sends them out for repair. Im sure the repair would have been good quality but I managed to have the same three stones replaced for $60 elsewhere and in a fraction of the time. Friendly atmosphere. Would have liked to keep my business local.

1 /5 Connie Theriac: We stopped in here to have a watch repaired. There was only one other customer in the store and we waited over 5 minutes before we left. The sales person did not even acknowledge that we were in the store the whole time we were there. Its like we were invisible. We always try to shop local, but its hard when they dont seem to want your business.

1 /5 Kylieen Klump: I took my wedding ring in to get sized and when I got it back they changed the color and the diamond setting. The ring was silver they changed it to gold. The diamond setting looked like a diamond and they changed it to a gold setting. I did not ask for any of that. I took it back and a week later I got it and they did not change it back. They just made the diamond setting a dull silver. Very disappointed!

5 /5 bruce breuer: Great service, real people, mom n pop shop, beautiful jewelry, sometimes there’s only one sales person. If they are busy with another customer you just have to wait patiently out of respect for them to finish up with the customer before you. I highly recommend shopping here!
