I bought the diamond ring that I proposed with to my now wife on Valentines day last year. This review is about a year overdue, but let me tell you. I initially started my diamond ring hunt at the end of 2020. Since it was during the peak of pandemic and with all the travel restrictions going in-person to stores were not an option. So, I searched tons of jewelers on the internet and I finally learnt about SFJ through a friends recommendation. I was surprised to know the amount of diamond ring designs and collections they have, in comparison to other big jewelry brands. Their customer reps are very knowledgeable. They are one of the best jewelers that I have come across. He answered every questions that I had over a video conference call. They can pretty much explain the whole end-to-end process right from sourcing the diamond to getting the right insurance after the purchase. They listened to my requirements patiently and recommended the best design and quality of the diamond stone that suited my needed. They also provided me with tons of high resolution images of the sample designs that helped me choose the ring and the diamond. The best part at SFJ is is the custom engraving. They were able to do the engraving on the tiny ring in a language that I needed (Kannada) which no other jeweler was capable of doing in the time frame I had. They worked very respectfully to only show options of the ring and the diamond stone within the budget I gave initially. I am convinced that they could have showed me the ring 10 times the price outside my budget, and I would still choose mine because it is that perfect. The overall process was done in two weeks after confirming the order. Once the order was placed, I was constantly updated about the making process how far they are from shipping. The delivery was an overnight shipment from Chicago to California with a special message. And on the day I proposed, he even checked with me to make sure my now wife liked it. Thanks to SFJ for making our life changing event so special. I would definitely recommend Sonit Fine Jewelry. Updated: My wife surprised me with a ruby stone ring from SFJ for me this year 2022 Valentines day! Extra five more stars!!

Michelle Karas My boyfriend and I stopped into this Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings for the future. Lisa and Denise right away got up and asked what we were looking for. They gave me lots of options, in what I liked. I tend to like more simple designs with a pear shape diamond. I originally came in wanting an opal, but Lisa informed me how sensitive opal rings are. That then helped me choose a more of a diamond ring, as it’s not as sensitive. They told my boyfriend and I about there deals, and helped us save a lot of money with getting our rings. D. Bee Never been in this place before. I was going to the foot massage place next door and I stopped in with a bracelet that I needed a repair on. Jared was such a nice young man. He was helpful. Jon Marco This place is amazing! Found our family china that we had long lost when it was all split up when our parents died. Jyll is the daughter and she is so knowledgeable about china. This is just one location...they have 7 other warehouses all searchable. Bring a photo of the front and back of a china piece and add to your collection! Also visit the outdoor art made with broken china Hoffmans donated ...the chairs are amazing!
