I took my wifes ring in for repair, and they were beyond helpful and provided me with options for a quality repair. Kay Jewelers is second to none in quality and customer service. They will be my go-to from now on! The ring spoken of is pictured. Work done: replaced Tanzanite stone, diamond baguette and re-dipped. My wife was very pleased when it was returned to her.

When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.
