5 /5 Michelle Karas: My boyfriend and I stopped into this Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings for the future. Lisa and Denise right away got up and asked what we were looking for. They gave me lots of options, in what I liked. I tend to like more simple designs with a pear shape diamond. I originally came in wanting an opal, but Lisa informed me how sensitive opal rings are. That then helped me choose a more of a diamond ring, as it’s not as sensitive. They told my boyfriend and I about there deals, and helped us save a lot of money with getting our rings. Please stop by here if you want to save money, and get incredible service. They even asked about our story, and told us to come back and tell them how the proposal went etc. Such an amazing, special experience! Thank you Denise and Lisa!

1 /5 Linda Seleste: Went in to take my husbands ring in because a stone had fallen. We had Sonia help us out, which I wouldn’t even say help. We are in the process of waiting for his new ring since the current one was damaged. We understand we have to give this ring back to receive the new one. Tried asking Sonia what was the timeline for the new ring because he didn’t want to go without a ring and her answer was “you still need to get this fixed” I told her I understood but wanted to know the timeline on the other ring. She repeated”this needs to still be fixed” She then rolled her eyes at us and we just asked her for the ring back and told her we would be back when our amazing Jim was back from vacation. Worst experience I’ve ever had coming to this location. Jim is the best here and very upset we ended up with a women that could care less about helping and acting as if WE were bothering her.
