She helped me pick out this beautiful baby blue watch, which I’ve had for over a year now without a single issue. Miss Holden deserves a raise and a vacation. I’m definitely coming back soon for more items.

Their customer service is always excellent: Theresa is a star, attentive and personable every time we visit. She helped us find a really unique piece on this trip for my birthday, which was such a surprise! One might not typically expect something so bold, intricate, detailed, expressive, and full of personality, and I am thrilled about it every day! Another note to add: as someone who usually gravitates toward antique jewelry, I continue to return here because I really value the comfort of their warranties (and lifetime cleaning service!) because it takes the anxiety out of wearing and enjoying such special pieces. We always feel taken care of here, and that peace of mind is hard to beat.

5 /5 Mel Amy “Melissa”: I love to see the previous posts! Theresa is Tremendous.This isn’t my usual location, but it’s close to my job—and I avoid the one near my house because it’s always so busy. I came in for my 6-month ring cleaning and had a bit of a rocky start (my fault!), but Theresa turned everything around. You can’t miss her—always in green and always amazing! She helped with my repair, advised me to wait on the second cleaning to save me a trip, and even stayed late so I could pick up my anklet after work. And put it on my ankle for me.That’s real customer service. Theresa deserves all the appreciation and a raise!

She was very knowledgeable and educated us on different rings and helped me find the perfect upgraded wedding band and my husband a beautiful gold chain. Little did I know but she also helped my husband a few weeks prior to surprise me with an upgraded wedding ring. We will definitely see her again soon. It was a very pleasant experience.
