2 /5 Sandra Rodriguez: I came here to purchase a simple necklace as a graduation gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being ready to buy, the owner continuously prioritized other customers and barely acknowledged me. I had also visited this place one other time with my husband, an Arab Muslim, and we were treated so much better, which made me feel discriminated against and disrespected this time I went in alone. Now seeing other reviews, I can see that this is common here.
Im giving two stars only because the necklace turned out the way I wanted. But given the simplicity of the design and the poor customer service, I won’t be returning. With so many other jewelers in the area, I suggest taking your time and money somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and care.
