We were able to engage with them over the phone few days in advance and select which type that we need and were able to pay advance to lock in the price. Sijin, Farha, and Fariha, are so awesome they took care of us while we were at the shop. They will accompany you on your choices and make you feel comfortable about what you are saving for the future.

They’re very professional, and they’ve made me feel so special during each visit. Girly is always eager to help and shared in my excitement when I tried my wedding band on for the first time. Roman was also very understanding and willing to adjust my ring until it fit just the way I like! We will definitely be using Lustig for all of our jewelry-related needs in the future!

Becky Hutmacher I had a wonderful experience at Andersons yesterday. The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace Ive had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasnt sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when youre in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.
