Worked with Margaret to find the stone, setting, and chain for my dream necklace. The whole team was very friendly and worked to get it made before my birthday. They were very knowledgeable, professional and transparent in their pricing. If you are in the market for something sparkly, there is no better place to go. I am already thinking of my next purchase. I was a bit nervous about the purchase as I dont normally buy expensive jewelry but they provided amazing service and great pricing for high quality diamonds and custom rings. It was very nice to be able to see the sample rings/diamonds as we designed a custom ring; my fiancé had a vision in mind when we first arrived and changed it a bit after seeing things in person. Everything went smoothly and the custom ring looks incredible. Highly recommend!

Instead, I came to Merry Richards which has a stellar reputation as a resourceful jeweler. Long story short, in about a week. Not only were they able to get me that specific watch, and showed me many others, they gave me a honest price which is a better deal than in Korea. Knowing my wife had to leave for Korea in the next day, they somehow managed to get a overnight delivery arriving before we needed to leave for the airport. Now, this is what you called amazing service!
