1 /5 Julie Kök: Claire’s is nostalgic for me when I was little and got to pick out earrings and accessories. I still appreciate their wide variety of selection in accessories and everything girly, I’m pleading that Claire’s as a company stops piercing ears. We went here recently to let our daughter pick out a few things for herself and saw the store’s only employee put gloves on in preparation to pierce a woman’s ears, come check us out at the register, use hand sanitizer on top of the gloves she still had on, and go back to the woman waiting in the chair. She did NOT remove her gloves at all and used HAND SANITIZER on top of them to “clean them”. I hope that woman’s ears don’t get infected!

Went in with my family to get my daughter her ears pierced for her b-day and the ladies ripped the display out of my hand and asked if I needed anything, yes I need to see the earrings for my daughter. So she holds the display on the counter at a angle and said pick one.......just outright disrespectful & the last time well ever go there.....

1 /5 Mary Moats: My son got his ears pierced a couple months ago and he passed out and hit his face on the metal on the chair. It was the scariest day of my life! The paramedics came and he woke up after what I thought was hours. All those girls cared about was my money. They kept saying don’t forget you didn’t pay. What?!?! I didn’t forget but my son was laying their not moving!!!!! I didn’t even get a call to see how he was!!!!! I called customer service and they said they would tell the general manager and guess what?!?! Still nothing. My son has a scar under his eye from his experience and all they cared about was money!!!!!!!

5 /5 Shellie Lewis: My friend lives in NYC. I am just south of Chicago. We both lived in the area a long time. When she is back visiting family, I drive to the ole Jofield area. Told her, GET IN THE CAR. Maybe we make it here once a year but best freaking Claires ever. Other sites (Orland Park, the Icing on State Street, the crummy online store) cannot hold a candle to this store.
