Elona Mason Recently got engaged, went into Kay Jewelers and worked with Whitney, to get an idea of what type of ring I wanted, and Whitney, saw my other rings and went right to one that would go perfectly with my current ring style! I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.

We were able to engage with them over the phone few days in advance and select which type that we need and were able to pay advance to lock in the price. Sijin, Farha, and Fariha, are so awesome they took care of us while we were at the shop. They will accompany you on your choices and make you feel comfortable about what you are saving for the future.

Lourdes Urzua I thought about getting permanent jewelry but I was hesitant about taking the plunge . I saw Carol’s page with the pieces of jewelry she has and I found some pieces I liked . So I entered a drawing she had and I was so happy I won . I love my piece and it is so me and worth it . Carol made sure I was happy with how tight/loose the bracelet is and I was going back and forth and I couldn’t decide and she was patient and kind while I decided how I wanted it to fit . The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner . I recommend this place . I am very happy with my bracelet .
