5 /5 Goodwin Racing: Me and my other half came into the store a couple weeks ago with a ring that needed resized unfortunately was out of warranty but that didn’t stop Tammy from helping us out. She sent it off I didn’t owe anything in store day she sent it off and got it back earlier than expected. Got ring back and warranty back on it! Beyond happy with the service and outcome thank you Tammy!

5 /5 Nanny Morrison: Tammy is awesome, I was heart broken when a diamond was missing. She was so caring and helpful. She took the time to relax me, then we went to workon getting us taken care of. Our ring was sent off and was back in the time frame She quoted. She totalled understood that my feelings to the ring were so strong. She went over the top to help us... in our mind Tammy is the one we will work with, they are all good....but shes OURS. If you want the BEST....ask for Tammy.

The lady that originally helped us was very unpleasant to work with, and I ended up purchasing a ring that I wasn’t happy with. Fast forward to July 11,2025 we went back in to look for another ring. We met Tammy who happens to be a manager, and had the absolute opposite experience working with her. She was very apologetic about the first woman and made sure to do whatever possible to get me the ring I actually wanted. She wasn’t pushy, she was extremely knowledgeable, and pleasantly honest with us. I have a ring that I’m excited to wear, and because of Tammy we will likely return!
