Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

When Daniel says he will create a masterpiece, he delivers — from vision and expertise to advice and timelines, he follows through every step of the way. He made my now-fiancée feel completely comfortable, earning her trust by listening to every detail and ensuring she was fully involved in the process. The pictures below show the ring that was redesigned from My Grandmas heirloom ring, with the main stone as the centerpiece. Thanks to Daniel, our engagement last September became a reality. Without him, we’d still be designing the ring. Thank you so much, Daniel — we truly cant thank you enough!!

Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

Marni V I highly recommend Liberty Street Jewelers! I took my wedding rings to them (worn for 27 years). These rings were so thin and the band was broken! I wish I had before and after pics, but I only have the after! They did a beautiful job! She resized it, built the band, and fixed the prongs!! My ring looks brand new, with a strong beautiful new band!!

Lourdes Urzua I thought about getting permanent jewelry but I was hesitant about taking the plunge . I saw Carol’s page with the pieces of jewelry she has and I found some pieces I liked . So I entered a drawing she had and I was so happy I won . I love my piece and it is so me and worth it . Carol made sure I was happy with how tight/loose the bracelet is and I was going back and forth and I couldn’t decide and she was patient and kind while I decided how I wanted it to fit . The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner . I recommend this place . I am very happy with my bracelet .

Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! Robert Zacher III Visited while camping at the nearby Starved Rock and I loved it. The kind of place that you could spend hours in. It has a huge variety of things, while somehow never feeling cramped or disorganized.
