Lisa and the rest of the staff were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The store is beautiful, and the friendly puppy greeting customers at the door is awesome. Highly recommend.

I decided to remake some old diamonds as gifts for my nieces and myself and she helped me figure out what to make and then made beautiful earrings, necklaces and a ring with al the diamonds! I love my ring and my nieces all loved their gifts! Will always go back to them!

2 /5 Betsy Grisko: Disappointed. I brought two bracelets here that needed repair based off of Facebook recommendations. I used to bring my jewelry into the city but moved to the area and was looking for something more convenient. The first day after getting the bracelets back one of the bracelets broke. The jump ring snapped off. They fixed it complimentary which I would expect. One of the bracelets I had a security chain added to by Glenview jewelers just broke off as well after 3-4 weeks from picking up. At this point I don’t think it’s worth going back because the quality does not seem to be there so I will take my jewelry back to the city to be fixed. A snarky reply is not helpful but it’s your business and how you want to conduct your customer service is up to you.
