Matt R Flora Gems is the definition of exceptional. Ive been working with Lisa to secure my first Rolex (126610LV) and shes been incredibly welcoming every time Ive visited. Weve talked for hours through multiple visits and each time Ive felt genuinely valued. Ive since purchased a ring for my wife for Mothers Day and, again, nothing short of an exceptional experience. I showed Lisa a picture of the ring, she 3D printed a model for my approval, submitted the order, and I received the ring exactly as expected.
