When I got them back, the watch shone like new and hed managed to get enough scratches out of the watch face that I could read the tiny date numbers along the edge again for the first time in a year. And then they handed back my ring. And all I could say was "How??" It looked better than when it was in the jewelers case prior to being purchased for my 21st birthday. Seriously, these people know their stuff. Go find out for yourself! UPDATE, One year later! I managed to crack my ring and brought it in for repair. It was returned to me in -better- shape than before Id cracked it!
