Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. The Shop on Main is a must see!!!! Keep up the great work ladies.

John Stannis They did a great job fixing my sons clasp on his chain and also resizing, fixing, and cleaning my wifes ring. They are reasonably priced and cheaper then the big franchised jewelry stores. Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will go definitely there again.

Michelle Nicholson I had a great experience with this Kay Jewelers. I went to have a ring cleaning and was informed of a sale starting the next day. I was interested in resizing my original engagement ring. I came the next day and Sam helped me out. I landed up buying a new engagement ring and turned my old diamond into a pendent. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Both the ring and the pendent only took a week to get back. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks to all that helped me out.

Not only did she provide me several options with pictures, she also wrapped, packaged & included a personalized card.
