Cara Honey Love love this shop! Had so many cool baubles, beads, one of a kind jewelry pieces. The owners are a mother and daughter team are knowledgeable and fun conversationists.

Nicolas Waldron Staff: this is the first time I had been here. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and knowledgeable. Very kid friendly. They even have a sitting area for the people drug their by their significant others. Building: the building is spacious. Plenty of area to move around. Bathrooms were clean. Products: products were good quality. A little more pricey than other local places. This shouldn’t discourage you though. This place is fun and should be visited by anyone into Chrystal’s, gems, healing, herbs, and other spiritual life style items. Parking: parking is kind of tight, but there are enough to go around. Star rating: 5 because of the quality of the items for sale, and the friendly staff. They need had fruit snacks for the kid. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. Note: Jack is friendly and usually hangs out where you can pet him! Swing through, buy some sage or just stop to love on Jack. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

Ann Morrissey My husband and I obtained our wedding rings at the Peru, Illinois location. The lady who served us was patient, understanding, and a joy to be around. Was refreshing to be catered to in such a manner. I highly recommend this location!

Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

morris girtz Kevin and Sheri are the most gracious and honest business owners. My son bought an engagement ring from them and they did an excellent job. They listened to what he wanted to spend and the size and shape. I would send anyone I know there. They are a hidden gem.

Tory Daniels Diamonds And Dogs are simply the best. We use them for pets needs and jewelry. You won’t find more friendly or knowledgeable people any where. The quality is awesome. Jewelry repair is solid and done right the first time. Prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their services and products. We highly recommend them!

Any sizing or cleaning or repairs are all done by Cody in house . Cody is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job !
