5 /5 Ann Morrissey: My husband and I obtained our wedding rings at the Peru, Illinois location. The lady who served us was patient, understanding, and a joy to be around. Was refreshing to be catered to in such a manner. I highly recommend this location!

Because of their friendly expertise, I was led to the diamond of my dreams by Ava because she listened when I said SIMPLE. Then we came back for our bands and were once again actually listened to and had the best experience finding our bands! Kat did such a great job figuring out our style quickly and taking us right to the band that fits my ring perfectly. To a T….because I quickly found out that they don’t all fit so perfectly. Without saying a word, she gently taught me that we still need our jewelers, people! If we had bought online like we planned, we would have missed out. Katrina was always very friendly, telling her stories on each visit. I felt very at home and never once felt ashamed of my simple taste or simple budget. Thank you so much ladies! P.S. I also LOVE the extended warranties on the rings. Another option “who knows from where” online seller may have or have not offered or even stood by. Much appreciation for your time! Paula

5 /5 Joshua Pinney: I am verry satisfied with my experience at this store. I went in looking for a ring for my daughter. A lady named Amanda Higgins helped me out. She found me several rings in my price range. She was verry patient with me while I called my wife and let me send photos to help decide on the right ring. Amanda was verry polite and professional. I drove about 500 miles to look at this specific store. I have shoped here before and had an excellent experience every time. The staff has always been verry helpful.

More importantly instead of just trying to sell us the Kay “warranty” she took the time to explain to us how it works and what’s included! Needless to say we bought it! Great value and amazing customer service. Definitely going back!
