Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

Brook Ebersohl I took my wedding rings (3) to Treins. They were a mess from a previous jeweler that was going to size them. 3 different sizes, 1 had a cracked band from the previous jeweler trying to size them. Some of the prongs were broken. Treins completely repaired them, sized them, polished them and did so in a timely fashion. I felt like I was receiving brand new rings. It brought tears to my eyes to be able to wear them again. I am so thankful. Thank you so much!!

Shellie Lewis My friend lives in NYC. I am just south of Chicago. We both lived in the area a long time. When she is back visiting family, I drive to the ole Jofield area. Told her, GET IN THE CAR. Maybe we make it here once a year but best freaking Claires ever. Other sites (Orland Park, the Icing on State Street, the crummy online store) cannot hold a candle to this store.

From the moment I walked in, the owner greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness — it immediately felt like more than just a shopping trip. Her eye for style, attention to detail, and supportive guidance made the experience feel personal and effortless. What truly touched my heart, though, was how she helped my husband surprise me with a stunning necklace. She coordinated everything quietly and beautifully, and when he presented it to me in the shop, I was completely speechless. It was one of those rare, joy-filled moments I’ll never forget. The boutique is gorgeous, well-curated, and filled with pieces that feel both special and wearable. But it’s the owner’s heart and care that make this place truly stand out. JS Review 2025-06-17 - 5 Stars Great Staff. Great exchange of information with the guys behind the counter. Nice sized mall, lots to see. And Yes there are hidden treasures to be found just have to keep your eyes open and your flashlight on. This will definitely be a stop when we are near.
