5 /5 Chloe: Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

5 /5 Chloe Lutsch: Jordan is truly the best store manager anyone could ever dream of. She is more than just a manager—she has a heart of gold. I went into Kay’s to have my engagement ring cleaned the day before my wedding. After leaving the store and running a few errands nearby, I realized my ring was missing. In a panic, I went back to Kay’s to see if anyone had turned it in. Without hesitation, Jordan immediately offered to help search my car. That alone was far more than I ever expected—but she didn’t stop there. She went above and beyond, driving me to all three stores I had visited, and personally went inside each one to ask if anyone had found my ring. When we returned to Kay’s, both Jordan and Rachel searched my car again, doing everything they could to help me. Their selfless acts of kindness, compassion, and genuine care during such a heartbreaking moment meant the world to me. Every employee I encountered that day was incredibly sympathetic and supportive. I will forever be grateful to Jordan and her team. Their empathy and dedication turned one of my worst days into a reminder that there are truly good people in this world. I cannot recommend this store highly enough to anyone and everyone.

5 /5 lori Lynn: They r the best!! Rachel was so great and the store manager. They both went outside to her car and looked up and down/ inside and out. Then the store manager went to the other stores that my daughter went to after Kay’s and helped her look around and talk to the store management. That in of itself is quite amazing ! What an amazing store and staff !! This should go to the President of Kay’s. These are outstanding employees who go way above and beyond expectations !

1 /5 Kylee Hellebrand: Usually always have a good experience at this location until today. I went in to get a repair for a chain and the lady that helped me was extremely rude. She was throwing stuff and slamming things. Gave me my ticket and told me it should take 2 weeks I said thank you and she just goes yup. Truly sad because all the other staff is super helpful and considerate.
