5 /5 Chloe: Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind.
She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is.
Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store.
Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.
