Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!

Looked around a bit and was politely asked if I was Looking for anything special and I said I was just admiring their cute items. Found what I wanted for my friend and some thing I liked for myself. Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. The Shop on Main is a must see!!!! Keep up the great work ladies.

Jolt 7800 My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!
