5 /5 Leora Dowling: I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!

This was my first time having anything commissioned and Brynn over there made the whole thing virtually stress free. I also met their jeweler (I want to say Tom) in the process and this fella has transcended craftsmanship and is some sort of precious metal wizard at this point. They have a beautiful selection in store (even for men) and definitely pick them if you’re shopping around for a custom piece, I sure am glad I did!
