We found ourselves in a tricky spot with an heirloom engagement ring and a broken leg that really slowed down wedding band shopping. Before we went to Fox Jewelers for a second opinion I had nearly given up. Other jewelers didn’t have options to work with my ring or couldn’t get something different in time. Melissa went above and beyond by finding multiple great options. Now we both have wedding bands we love.

He was not only compassionate and empathetic and kind throughout the process, but the end result is a diamond studded ring just as beautiful as the day my husband gave it to me. 5 /5 Jordan Dunne: I just purchased my second ring from this company, and I just have to share how good the service and pricing was. The world seems to be in a race to the bottom when it comes to service, not them. When I used Tom years ago I thought the service was amazing, and he somehow seems to have raised the bar. Tom and his team went out of their way to assist me in every way they could. Every time I had questions (and i had a ton because I was unsure of the direction I wanted to go) they answered every question promptly. My wife cant help herself and wanted to check their pricing against another "friend of a friend" with a supposed "special price". Fox Jewelers was a few percent lower, and again the service was noticeably better. My wife had to follow up twice with "The Other Guys" to get a way less detailed answer. I could not recommend this place more!
