Marni V I highly recommend Liberty Street Jewelers! I took my wedding rings to them (worn for 27 years). These rings were so thin and the band was broken! I wish I had before and after pics, but I only have the after! They did a beautiful job! She resized it, built the band, and fixed the prongs!! My ring looks brand new, with a strong beautiful new band!!

I went in to have a diamond reset in my wedding ring, left there with a nice watch for my husband. Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Stephanie Ward Allison & Stephanie were extremely friendly upon arriving inside the jewelry store. I came to purchase a tennis bracelet after losing my 16 year tennis bracelet. The ladies had pleasant conversation and were highly patient during my purchase. I ended up getting a beautiful bracelet with warranty. The team cleaned my jewelry along with my mother’s. Their warm, friendly and innovative professional is classy and tasteful. I will never enter another store after this experience! Thank you ladies!
