Kathy I am so glad I decide to check out Jewelry Service Center. They do beautiful work. I have been trying to find a place to repair a chain that had great sentimental value. It was repaired beautifully. I then had them Rhodium plate our 50 year old wedding bands and my engagement ring. They look like the day we bought them. Then on top of all that I accidentally dropped a 14k gold chain in the store. The lady who took care of me called to tell me she found it! That tells me how honest and kind she is. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I wish I would have asked her name. I highly recommend JEWELRY SERVICE CENTER! They are family owned. Which for me implies pride in their work.

John Stannis They did a great job fixing my sons clasp on his chain and also resizing, fixing, and cleaning my wifes ring. They are reasonably priced and cheaper then the big franchised jewelry stores. Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will go definitely there again.

James Sayles I had a fantastic experience thanks to two wonderful women who helped me out today. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I picked out my new watch. Not only did they guide me through the options with great care, but they also took the time to remove the links from my old watch so it fit perfectly. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the market for a watch!

Stephanie Umek My boyfriend got me a heart clasp bracelet for Christmas. But he bought it in October. I’m not entirely sure what their return policy is but the bracelet was too small. They accepted an exchange and I’m so grateful. There was a gentleman helping me and then I think his manager’s name was Desteny V. Thank you both so much!!!

PJ Roch Awesome business. She does great work. I adore the snowflake ornaments. She has made me gorgeous beads from my parents funeral flowers. Tons of choices, tons of other bead choices. She holds the flowers for a year if you want to order more. Highly recommended.

Diann Gorski What a great little reasonably priced gift store! I stopped in for my first time last week. What a fun little shop with so much variety of gifts and other items for your home. Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area!

Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.
