Evan Stonitsch I had originally planned on buying an engagement ring from a different local jeweler, but they would no longer have the ring ready by the time I needed it. After finding out that information 3 weeks into the process, I had to start all over and find a jeweler that could make a miracle happen: have a ring sized and set with diamonds within just a month now. What a nightmare! The first time I shopped around for rings was about a month before Chicago Lab Grown Diamonds had opened. Im so glad they were an option for me this time! Chris and Jay Jurica happily greeted me when I walked into their store. When I explained my situation to them, I was pleasantly surprised by their reaction. They were more than willing to work with me, and they somehow had the ring fully ready after a few weeks! Not only was their service incredible and fast, but they were extremely pleasant to work with. If youre looking for a high-quality ring at a great price, I highly recommend buying from Chicago Lab Grown Diamonds and supporting this family-owned business!

I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.

Logan Thompson I went in to have a custom piece done out of three existing pieces (that weren’t exactly high quality in the first place)- a triquetra necklace my Dad gave me, a pendant with his face etched into it and his wedding band. But Cindy worked with what I was wanting and did a phenomenal job. My first idea didn’t turn out as nice as I would have liked (Cindy predicted this) but I went back in and they worked with me on it for no extra charge. All three pieces are now combined into a single pendant that looks marvelous. I’m so glad I went back. It shines and is a tribute to my wonderful Dad so it just makes me very happy. And it looks very high quality now too.
