5 /5 Logan Thompson: I went in to have a custom piece done out of three existing pieces (that weren’t exactly high quality in the first place)- a triquetra necklace my Dad gave me, a pendant with his face etched into it and his wedding band. But Cindy worked with what I was wanting and did a phenomenal job. My first idea didn’t turn out as nice as I would have liked (Cindy predicted this) but I went back in and they worked with me on it for no extra charge. All three pieces are now combined into a single pendant that looks marvelous. I’m so glad I went back. It shines and is a tribute to my wonderful Dad so it just makes me very happy. And it looks very high quality now too.

Im just trying to by watch and I looked up wristwatch store on Google Maps and this came up, but I went on your website and all you had was necklaces earrings and rings there wasnt even anything about getting a watch. I dont know why its so hard to find a store that sells. Watches, thats not Walmart or friggin JC. Penney. If you can do custom watches then I am mistaken, but when I went on your website the only examples that you had are rings and earrings so I dont even know if you can do watches.

5 /5 John Seo: If you need a vintage watch serviced by an honest and experienced watchmaker, Roberts is THE place to go to in the Urbana-Champaign area. I got a vintage automatic watch from the 1960s sent in for checkup, and he recommended a full service. My watch was running like 3-5 minutes slow a day and would sometimes just skip/stop. I asked Robert if he could get it within a minute per day so its at least usable. Well, following the service, this thing is running like -5 seconds per day on average when worn, which is EXCELLENT especially for a watch thats like 50 years old. Did I mention the price for this servicing ended up being like 4 to 10 times LESS expensive than what was quoted by other jewelry shops in the area? Amazing work, and everybody there was so friendly and welcoming too. I would absolutely come back for another watch servicing. Actually, Ill go one step further and say that might currently be the only place I would trust to fix my watches, just based on experience. Thank you so much!

I have consistently had a wonderful experiences not only buying jewelry here, but getting things repaired and resized. Miranda, Cindy, and Erin are all consummate professionals who are thoroughly knowledgeable in metal smithing and stone properties - expertise that will help you choose and design pieces suited to your taste and your lifestyle. And not only that, they are all incredibly talented artists in their own right. You can’t go wrong with a piece from Robert’s. They nail it, every time.

5 /5 Meta Eye: I had a great experience with the customer service Roberts staff provided. I only needed a $2 pin put on my watch but did not want to go all the way to the mall to get it replaced. I went in and they were very welcoming and were able to fix my watch within 5 minutes. We had a great conversation in the mean time and I left very satisfied by the service. Although I was only there for a quick fix, they gave me excellent service. I recommend Roberts to anyone looking for unique jewelry. They specialize in colorful stones for great prices. I will be returning in the future to have my watch serviced.
