Wendy found a fantastic diamond in the price range I was looking at. The whole process was very easy and the final product arrived sooner than anticipated. Eric Wellman Love this place! Nice quiet store with all sorts of things the customers might find intriguing/unique. I mainly come here to have my jewelry maintained. She is much more acceptable on price than the jewelry stores in town!! Highly recommend this place!!

He not only helped find the perfect diamond and assisted in designing a custom engagement ring, but also assisted with a deep knowledge of ring design to ensure that I had the best ring possible. James Sayles I had a fantastic experience thanks to two wonderful women who helped me out today. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I picked out my new watch. Not only did they guide me through the options with great care, but they also took the time to remove the links from my old watch so it fit perfectly. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Michelle Karas My boyfriend and I stopped into this Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings for the future. Lisa and Denise right away got up and asked what we were looking for. They gave me lots of options, in what I liked. I tend to like more simple designs with a pear shape diamond. I originally came in wanting an opal, but Lisa informed me how sensitive opal rings are. That then helped me choose a more of a diamond ring, as it’s not as sensitive. They told my boyfriend and I about there deals, and helped us save a lot of money with getting our rings. Please stop by here if you want to save money, and get incredible service. They even asked about our story, and told us to come back and tell them how the proposal went etc. Such an amazing, special experience! Thank you Denise and Lisa!

Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

David Czarnecki Guy is great! He helped me with my wifes engagement and wedding ring, as well as my own. The wedding rings were done during COVID, so that added a lot of stress as they were done just days before the wedding. That wasnt their fault though, and the work done here is top notch! The next custom piece I do will definitely come from Guy!

Dana Stopped in for a quick consult/estimate on the repair and adjustment of my 12 year old wedding ring. It was missing a side diamond and the prongs were loose. I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!! Very satisfied with the final product!!! Highly recommend Flores!!

Ayanna Banks The perfect custom diamond anklet I’ve never had anything custom-made before, but I decided to treat myself to a diamond anklet, and I’m so glad I went to Eternal Jewelers. Frank guided me through the entire process, helping me choose the perfect design and diamond size. The finished piece is absolutely stunning and makes me feel so special every time I wear it.
