Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!

She designed a ring that was beyond our expectations in beauty and meaning! It’s stunning!! Even after we settled on all the particulars, Kendall sourced another center diamond that she felt complemented the ring better to fit what I envisioned. She went above and beyond! JS Review 2025-06-17 - 5 Stars Great Staff. Great exchange of information with the guys behind the counter. Nice sized mall, lots to see. And Yes there are hidden treasures to be found just have to keep your eyes open and your flashlight on. This will definitely be a stop when we are near.

Isabel Alvarez My Husband and I went in to potentially upgrade our wedding rings. We were immediately greeted by friendly faces at this location. We were helped by Darysabel who was so Helpful and patient. She helped us and went over everything with such detail. We have been back a few times now to Either browse or make payments and every time she is there she is always so helpful and friendly. The rings were beautiful but the experience was even better!

Sara Ruiz A few years ago my now fiance had asked me what my ideal ring would be. I told him rose gold, pear shape, with a halo. I never put much more thought into it as I knew it would not happened for a while. Fast forward about 4 years, the moment happened. He had the ring custom made from what I told him years back and Pedro made my dream ring come to life and then some!!! Its more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.
