5 /5 David DeChenne: What a great, traditional jewelry store. Stopped to get a watch ban shortened, and they did it with a welcoming attitude and excellent knowledge. And, they refused to let me pay anything for the service. Wonderfull to have such old-time service. Strongly recommend!

2 /5 Paula Pringle-Powell: They do not return phone calls. Dropped off two watches and a ring. Two watches need batteries and the ring needed a sizer. After waiting couple weeks decided to go in to find out status. Nothing has been done. Told I would receive a call when ready. Never received call. After stopping in several times…. Was told waiting on “jeweler” or “owner” to look at watches. ring was returned as it was stated they could not add a Sizer due to size of band. Another week or so goes by… I stopped and picked up one watch, again no phone call that it was ready,. After several days stopped in to check on watch. Was told they could not get the back put back on the watch. I decided to take the watch and leave. Will not do business at this location again. Also know that this has happened to another individual.

5 /5 Michael McDonald: I brought my wifes 24 year old wedding/engagement/anniversary ring to Anderson Jewelers to tighten a loose stone mount. Within a week I received a call saying the ring was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the ring had been repaired, the stone had been straightened (it had gotten slightly tweaked), a slight high spot on the inside had been smoothed out, and it had been cleaned. The employee was professional and courteous. My wife is VERY pleased with the work done on her ring and happy to have it back in a timely manner. I was pleased with the reasonable repair cost.

5 /5 Kira Propst: Heidi is always so helpful and kind the many times I have been in! Whether it was to make a purchase or get something resized/fixed, she made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely keep coming back to Anderson Jewelers and shopping local.

5 /5 Sandie DeClerck: Not happy at all. When I got my mommas ring they were supposed to have put a diamond in but 2 weeks later the same diamond came out. So I went to a jewelry in Springfield only cost $30. Where Andersons was over 3 hundred. I will never go back again. The previous owners Dave would never have did the shitest job.
