Jen Grooms I cant say enough great things about this place! I brought in my dads ring (who passed away several years ago) because I found it recently while clearing out my mothers house. I brought it to them to see if they could save it... It was scratched and the metal was bent. They EXCEEDED my expectations, not only were the prices fair and reasonable, but they got the work done at lightening speed! Im a very, very happy customer and will bring all my jewelry repair/purchasing business to them from here on out.

Diann Gorski What a great little reasonably priced gift store! I stopped in for my first time last week. What a fun little shop with so much variety of gifts and other items for your home. Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area!

Rob Cavins I just wanted to take a moment to say just how pleased I am with the awesome service I got in here. First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.

Peggy Maria Simpson provided a great experience to me in July, 2025. She greeted me with excitement and when I explained what I was looking for, she immediately pointed me in the right direction. The first piece she showed me was the one I ended up purchasing for a bridal gift. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and did not pressure me in any way. She was kind and professional. Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.
