Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Raksheen I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!

Logan Sander I went to see Koorosh at Wedding Bands & Co for an engagement ring before a planned trip to St Lucia to propose to my girlfriend and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Not only did Koorosh and his staff provide top notch service, but he personally designed exactly what I was looking for! My now fiancée was blown away by the ring as it was exactly what she had envisioned. I have always been used to traveling to New York for jewelry, but I am grateful to say that I no longer need to make that trip anymore. Molly Monroe Great place to learn something new or just see something cool. Its great for kids, but Im in my 20s and my friends and I love this place every time we visit. There are a lot of really affordable options as well as some more high end items. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable, so I never leave without learning something new and exciting. Its more than just a store, its an experience every time!
