Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!

Not only did they guide me through the options with great care, but they also took the time to remove the links from my old watch so it fit perfectly. Angelica SO INSANELY HAPPY WITH MY RING!!! My fiancé came here from great recommendations from his brother and best friend, he came with the photo and simple details from some ring shopping we did from a chain Jewelery store, but this ring is so much better (literally quality/color/size of the diamond). My fiancé was really impressed and felt comfortable with this purchase because Mass made sure to educate him on all the jewelry quality standards, while working with his price point. There’s slight details that he added, that i didn’t even think about or was told about in other big chain stores. For example, the band is SO comfortable, i can sleep in it and wear it all day, and i don’t feel it. I have worn rings for years on many of my fingers but eventually i feel them and can’t wait to take them off at the end of the night, not this one! He also added the sweetest little diamonds around the settings beneath, such a sweet detail i didn’t think about but immediately noticed and loved. Lastly, the appraisal was sent promptly via email, making it easy and painless to get it insured right away. These 5 stars reviews are truely well deserved.

Kelli Storm I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.
